Future Plans
BADC Chuadanga District, 59 deep tube wells and 3 LLP schemes are operational in the year 2021-2022, resulting in 1341 hectares of land being cultivated, and 6 more deep tube wells and 12 LLPs are awaiting commissioning in the fiscal year 2022-2023. Once the schemes are launched, another 270 hectares of land will come under cultivation. 30 km of canals have been re-excavated in the financial year 2021-2022. In the financial year 2022-2023, another 15 km of canals will be re-excavated to remove waterlogging in crop fields.
