1961: East Pakistan Agricultural Development Corporation started with 1555 power pumps.
1967-68: Irrigation started through deep tube wells.
1972-73: Providing irrigation facilities through shallow tube wells as Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation.
1975: Name changed to Bangladesh Agricultural Supplies and Services Corporation.
1976: Again the name was changed to Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation.1999: Reconstruction.
2009: Irrigation started using surface water through construction of rubber dams.
